Cancellations and Refunds
Academy-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that CS Tennis Academy must cancel a class or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, coach illness), a make-up class will be scheduled. If a make-up class is not feasible, the pro-rated fee for the missed session will be credited to the student's account for future use.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If a student wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify the academy in writing.
Refunds
- No refunds will be provided for missed classes or for participants who withdraw from a program after it has started.
- Requests for refunds for cancellations made before the start of a program will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and transferred to the original payment method.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please:
- Send a written request to cstennnis@gmail.com
- Include your full name, contact information, and program details
- Clearly state your reason for cancellation
Important Notes
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval by CS Tennis Academy management.
- Processing time for approved refunds may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Credits issued for cancelled classes are valid for use within the current academic year.
